Todd Grotstein:  President, Nexus 30 and Nexus 30 Properties

As President, Todd is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nexus 30 as well as its strategic vision including; business development, marketing and promotion, customer intelligence / database operations, administration and sales management.

Prior to founding Nexus 30, Todd was Director of the High Rise Division of Prudential Americana Group, where he oversaw the successful launch of over $2 billion dollars of high and mid rise real estate on both The Strip and the newly revitalized downtown core of Las Vegas
.
Prior to Prudential, Todd was a Director with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company. During his tenure with Intrawest, he served as Director of Sales for La Solana, a resort community in Puerto Vallarta and part of the largest Master Planned Resort Community in Mexico, Punta Mita.  Todd also led Intrawest’s business development for the Western U.S. before serving as Director for 3 of their premier projects in Aspen/Snowmass Colorado.  While in Aspen, he orchestrated a record sell-out of Phase I of the Base Village project which to date, is the largest single day sales total in Colorado history.

Todd started his real estate career in 1992 and during that time led a wide variety of projects in several market segments.

His project experience includes, resort, urban, condo-hotel, village, high rise, mid rise, golf communities, fractional real estate, and destination clubs.

Tera Anderson:  Vice President of Sales / Managing Broker, Nexus 30 Properties

As the Vice President, Tera is responsible for the day to day operations of all real estate projects within the Nexus 30 portfolio.  This includes, but is not limited to project management, oversight of project business plans, sales and marketing plans, and staffing and budgets.  As Broker, Tera is responsible for compliance and best practices of Nexus 30’s project brokerage division.  Lastly, Tera is active at an executive level working closely with the President of Nexus 30 and assisting in the company’s growth and business development.
 
Tera has extensive on-the-ground project real estate sales experience having worked in various capacities include Sales Specialist, Director of Sales & Marketing, Project Manager, and Managing Broker at several high profile projects across the western United States, including; Mira Villa in Summerlin, Las Vegas; The Residences at The Ritz Carlton, Paradise Valley; Fairmont Tamarack, Donnelly Idaho; VERGE, Las Vegas; and Streamline Tower, Las Vegas.

Prior to joining Nexus 30, Tera was a leading Sales Executive for the Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS – High Rise Division and S&P Destination Properties.  Her real estate experience includes, urban, condo-hotel, high-rise, mid-rise, mountain, and golf communities. 

Tera earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound in International Relations and Business Administration.   She currently serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board for the City of Henderson Economic Development Division and is an active member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and the Nevada Women’s Council of REALTORS. She maintains a real estate license in Nevada and Arizona.

Her proudest contribution is in serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (C.A.S.A.) and a member of the Nevada C.A.S.A Foundation Board of Trustees representing Nevada’s foster children.
